This tastefully-appointed 16th floor studio features great views of the Ping River and Doi Suthep from both the living area and balcony. Facing north-west, it has ample natural light during the day but avoids the heat from the mid-day sun as well as the traffic noise from the street side. The large screened living area window opens to provide fresh air as does the adjacent balcony door. Excessive heat will never be a problem with a large ceiling fan, a floor fan and a large air conditioner. Relax in comfort on the new plush sofa or the 2 upholstered occasional chairs, and enjoy the new king size bed with the brand new, medium-firm mattress. There is ample clothes storage for 2, and the living area also features a 42-inch LG LCD tv and a dvd player. Basic cable, including HBO and CNN, is provided free of charge. The kitchen area includes a new 10+ cubic foot LG fridge, microwave, in-line water filtration system (no need to buy bottled water), induction cooker, hot water heater, toaster and a small eating area. The bathroom is large, clean and functional with a large walk-in shower and a shower seat. Everything is ready for you – just bring your clothes!
